To ensure the wellbeing of our forests, we look after our woods through guiding principles that promote regeneration and growth. By selectively thinning our woods, we provide seedlings with the light they need to develop. We don’t discriminate on size, our woods are made up of all shapes, sizes and species to gives us continuous cover.

Partnering with local businesses, Bradford Estates offers its residents and visitors a piece of the outdoor way of life, from local fisheries and Angling clubs on lake Sitch to the recently reopened woodlands that surround it.

We saw a growth opportunity in 2014 within the multi-let industrial sector with minimal new development of units but growing demand from trends such as the transition to e-commerce for example.
Eight institutional industrial estate purchases were subsequently completed across England & Wales from Rochester in Kent to Sheffield in the North to create Bradford Industrial.
